I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. "The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly ."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Vivenzo. The hotel is very nice, clean and has cozy welcoming ambience. The room was great, it had a pretty view of the city and the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice too. The breakfast buffet had lots of healthy options. The hotel offers a little gym with few machines and coffee with delicious cheese bread at the reception in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and kind. From the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping, everyone was so caring, I really felt welcomed and taken care of during my stay. I ordered room service, the food was delicious and at a good price. The hotel is conveniently located near savassi, patio mall, and liberty square as well as many options for public transportation. Overall, it’s a great hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and affordable stay in BH city."
