We last minute changed our booking to come to the Dimora Carlo and it was the greatest decision we could’ve made. Riccardo was the highlight of our stay and was so welcoming and kind. The city of Raito was so special with a beautiful view of Vietri sul Mare. Whenever we come back to the Amalfi Coast, we know where we’ll stay.

The property was beautiful - the room I stayed in had a view of the coast, was very clean and Riccardo was very friendly. It’s also in a convenient location as there is a bus stop right outside which you can take to Salerno or connect to other buses which take you to Amalfi. The experience overall was lovely :)

I never found where the breakfast was served so I can’t judge it. None of the people I encountered spoke English. My room was clean and spacious. My door did not have a lock and there was no one there to communicate with. There were several food markets close in proximity. I did not find the B&B convenient to attractions or shopping. It was not close to the beach, but had incredible views to the sea. I am sure this experience would have been much better if I knew the Italian language. I would not recommend this B&B to people who are unfamiliar with the Italian language,

Not very friendly. False advertising. Place is nothing like the description from Expedia. Owner not friendly, very rude. We paid for two days, we left the next day. We asked the owner to get us a taxi and he showed us a phone number from his phone for us to call the taxi. After dealing for more than 45 min and not able to get a taxi? We left walking to get a bus. The bus took two hours to get there. This place is super far from the town. Please do not book this place. I was so disappointed that I cried and this end up ruining my trip.

I love the feeling of being in an area that makes you feel in Italy, the area is quiet and feels very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful, i needed Euros to pay for my bus and he lend me the money till i went to the ATM and get some euros, who does that?? This host does !!!!!! Awesome !!! Awesome !!! Awesome!!!!

It was beautiful, like staying in an Italian home. Riccardo was wonderful and very kind, and everyone is the local town knew well of him which make getting taxi’s and transport very easy. Would go back tomorrow if I could. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The property itself was nice. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway to visit Vietri. What made it great was the service. Riccardo was welcoming, and brought a delicious breakfast each morning. We did have an issue.confusion with the payment, and while Expedia did not do much to help, I was able to reach out directly to Riccardo. He and Rizzello responded promptly and solved it right away, while Expedia said there wasn't anything else they can do. Overall, they are fantastic hosts, in a great location, and would stay there again the next time we visit the coast.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Der Check-in verlief unglaublich einfach und unkompliziert, das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer Sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist toll. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt und bietet eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück – reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich, einfach ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort zum Übernachten, der sowohl Komfort als auch herzlichen Service vereint. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft – ich komme sehr gerne wieder

Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza Positano, bella e spaziosa con vista mare. Riccardo e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e ogni giorno a colazione ci hanno preparato caffè/cappuccino e servito cornetti caldi. La struttura si trova a Raito, è abbastanza comoda per muoversi sia scendendo a Vietri sul mare (col bus) sia da Vietri per girare tutta la costiera con autobus o traghetti.

Esperienza piacevole, proprietario disponibile e cortese. Posto bello e ben curato. Unico problema è stata la stanza rumorosa perchè dall'atrio, che era difronte, proveniva il rumore dell'acqua che scrosciava da una fontana monumentale.

Nice but more remote spot

Located in the higher areas of the coast line, this place is spacious and welcoming. Be aware that if you rely on public transport that the connections are a bit more spotty. If you are lucky enough you will get a beautiful view to the sea.

Splendida vista sul golfo di Salerno.

Sosta di un solo giorno a Vietri sul Mare. Dalla frazione di Raito, ove è situato l'albergo, si gode una splendida vista su Vietri ed il golfo di Salerno. Il titolare è stato cortesissimo e disponibile, ci ha anche messo a disposizione il suo garage per parcheggiare la nostra auto (cosa altrimenti impossibile nelle strette e tortuose stradine di Raito).

Von außen ist das B&B extrem renovierungsbedürftig aber von innen ist es schön hergerichtet und unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit eigener Küche und einem guten Bad. Der Hausherr war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war leider typisch italienisch.
