"First of all had to call key card was failty would not worked had to call out about 22.30 and when attended we were made to feel like a nuisance and still not working in the morning. Breakfast at 8.30 a.m foods has not been replenished, we constantly have to asked for things even a clean tea cup + cutlery. The person who seams to be in charge was very unfriendly. Lastly having stay in previous Premiere classes hotel this one was very disappointing."

"We can fully recommend Charnay Plaisance! The main house is beautiful (some renovation work is ongoing but is unobtrusive); our room was very comfortable; breakfast was very good; the swimming pool was fantastic and the welcome we received (from reception staff and from the owner and his wife) was very warm and friendly. "This was an ideal location for a stop over on the way to Paris from Vichy. The hotel was a little dated and parking was free. It was perfect for a 1 night stay but quite noisy from the motorway. Staff were very friendly and my son loved the sports car theme. "

"I was travelling with my elderly parents and my dog. The disabled parking bay was directly outside the main reception and our rooms were opposite each other also close to reception. All staff were very helpful and caring. Rooms were immaculate. Just a shame there were no refreshment facilities in the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
