1) Near VIS (for taking SAT), far from the center of Vientiane
2) Small & old hotel, It worse than I’ve expected. The first room that I receive has very bad smell, so I asked for a new one, but the new one still have a little bad smell, however; it better than the first room. Furthermore, the first room’s window cannot lock and the new room’s window is very hard to lock.
3) Difficult to find something to eat
4) Difficult to transport
5) Female staff in the afternoon are very very helpful, but staffs in the morning seem to unfriendly.
When I asked for dining room in the morning, a male staff didn’t say anything but pointing at the way of dining room with a sour face.
6) Quite bad management
when I checked out, another male staff said that he didn’t receive money from Expedia, so it takes a pretty long time to manage. And I have to take SAT test in that morning. I almost arrived at the test center, VIS, not on time. However, I have showed my initerary and told him that Expedia had charged my credit card already for cost of the hotel, so i said there is a problem at your system not me and please return my passport now because I have to hurrying go for the test in this morning, I asked for my passport several times, he still not return my passport. Then, he called to someone and return my passport.
If I have other chance going to Vientiane, I would not stay at this hotel.
