"My room was clean and spacious and everything was in good repair. Nice pool, which almost no one used during my stay. The only real drawback as that the breakfast buffet (included) is mediocre. Food was not kept warm. Coffee (which is good in Laos) was Nescafe instant with no milk or cream provided, just sugar. They tend to run out of food. "

The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend."
