Very pleased with my stay especially the front desk staff . So helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff terrific. I'll be back. Highly recommend. It was also in a nice area to get around.

Reception and breakfast staff were just very friendly, respectful, and happy- making my wife and I feel like we were special guests. Room was extremely clean, the shower was just excellency. The bed sheets were clean and changed daily. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful array of cheeses and meats… Close, walking distance to the old town Vienna that was bustling with people. It was one of the best hotels that I experienced in my 71 years! I highly recommend it to everyone. Very good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Mr. Noodles-a Chinese Restaurant that had very tasty, big portioned dishes- Udon noodles soup and the dumplings were just out of this world! They also have Makis and Bentos and even kimchi’ ! And the prices were reasonable.

My friend visits Vienna regularly from USA to see family and always stays here. When I arrived I was placed into a small but lovely and cozy room. She insisted I change it for one with a bathtub. The new room was larger and did indeed have a bathtub, which I never used. The small room would have been fine (I am a solo traveler) but I did enjoy the natural light and larger bathroom in my new room. I was not charged for making the change although it was a more expensive option. The staff was lovely and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure!

Very clean, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices . The room was spacious, very comfortable. Plus the concierge was very helpful specially Anthony except for a little payment error which was corrected straight away. Can’t fault the hotel except the tv in the room didn’t have much English Channel option .

I traveled with my partner and stayed 4 nights at The Harmonie Vienna: Liked: Beautiful property, elegant and exquisite decoration. Comfortable, quiet, and pleasant rooms. Service at front desk was outstanding. As an Expedia Gold Member we got a room upgrade. Didn’t like: Breakfast options are limited, don’t offer ready to order plates. Location is not too close to most points of interest.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. The location is on D line which makes it very convenient to get to most places. The bus is also very close and convenient giving more transportation options. Breakfast was great with lot of variety. Will stay again when I visit Vienna.

Excellent property not far from the center. We stayed early July and booked two rooms. One was a suite and the other one a regular king bed room with an option for a third bed. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options. I do suggest the hotel should either let guests use the coffee machine or remove it from the buffet area. It was weird to wait for one of the staff to come make my coffee by pushing one button that I could have easily done myself. The parking on the street is not really possible but a parking garage within 5 min walk is available with the hotel providing a paid access card that you must return at checkout. Public transportation is available within a short walk however the restaurants in the immediate area didn't seem very popular. Will book again when we return to Vienna.

We booked hotel 2 hours prior arrival from Salzburg to Vienna and hotel personnel received and accimodated our requests which was highly appreciated. Rooms had AC which was very important as it was unusually hot in Austria on our travel dates. Breakfast was great as in other european hotels (eggs, sausages, juices, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits) , no omelette station. There was no AC at the breakfast restaurant, which is typical for Europe. Personnel was very accomodating and informative on sightseeing recommendations. Highly recommend!
