An ‘ok’ hotel
It is an ‘ok’ hotel, convenient for the train into the city and really close to the Vienna International Centre. Staff didn’t seem particularly well informed regarding things to do in the local area. Unfortunately I had a room that adjoined another room, although the adjoining door was obviously locked, I could still clearly hear the other person, therefore assume they could also hear me. I would definitely request a room without this door if I was booking again. Breakfast had a good variety and was very nice.

Amazing stay - great value hotel
It was an amazing stay. I would recommend it for travelers with car. You can just leave your vehicle in the underground garage and take U1 metro (station is just across the street). Hotel is clean, quite and good located. Breakfast was great, with a lots of variety and polite service. If you are looking for a good hotel not located in the city center - this is great choice for you!

Extremely comfortable stay - so much so that we extended by 1 night! The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, even though perhaps lacking in character. The beds and pillows are excellent! Huge breakfast buffet included, as well as parking, which was an incredible relief given the crazy parking situation in Vienna. Staff is very attentive. We stayed in a corner room in the detached building in the back and it was so quiet we felt like we were in the countryside.

Location was good close to station and quick journey into centre....hotel downstairs was bright and airy...breakfast varied and good...whilst we were on 4th floor whuch was great and quiet...the hallways and rooms really need to be updated, but would definitely come back to stay

Great staff but dangerous Junior Suite bathroom
Everything was good except that the junior suite shower was weird. It had a bad design where it was impossible to keep the floors dry and it’s dangerous when you have to step out of a high bath tub after the shower. The staff were great and change our room when this was highlighted.

The hotel is very clean and staff very good. The decor is older but the bed was very comfortable. That being said, the location is not close to anything. The hotel is extremely loud, the walls are paper thin. Friday night there was a "gathering" in the parking lot behind the hotel. The room above us kept dragging their chairs back and forth across the floor for hours (morning & night). You can hear everything; the rooms around you running their water, flush their toilets, showering, their conversations, etc. Once someones up your all up. If by some chance we could have slept through the noise in the morning, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:40 a.m. (checkout is at noon) looking to clean our room. My husband told them we were still using the room. Housekeeping came back again at 9:00 looking to clean our room. I had to ask them not to come back until noon or when we had checked out. There are a lot of hotels in Vienna, for the price this hotel is not worth it.

Great place near VIC
It was very comfortable and clean. The service was very good. Breakfast was great. It was just across the road to VIC where I had my meeting. Would definitely recommend.
