Hotel staff should not enter into hotel rooms without giving prior notice (Hotel staff was coming into rooms using their master key at any time without informing in advance to keep things in rooms like soaps, pillow cover, etc. This should be done on a predefined time frame or at least should be informed in advance. "Friendly staff and a good price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. But our bathroom smelt so bad of smoke we had to keep the door closed and hold our breath when we went in there. I'm not sure how but it seemed like the smoke smell got worse the longer we were there. We finally asked to move rooms but they didn't have anything else available. I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available. "

"It was a great property for our first trip to Paris. Luckily, it was near the tram station and metro and it honestly didn’t take long to get into Paris. Not even an hour. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also, our room was really great for the value of how much we spent. Clean and comfortable. "

"I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. "The hotel is luxurious and perfectly located to walk to the palace and many nearby restaurants. A comfortable bed and large room made our stay perfect. We will definitely return here next time we visit Versailles. "

Great overall.

"The family room was spacious enough where the sofa bed for our kids was on the other end of the room. The bathroom was clean and I loved the small little thoughtful gifts. The breakfast buffet was really good and you can’t beat the proximity to Palace of Versailles. There was a parking garage but the surrounding streets had plenty of street parking with a meter machine. There’s a small public playground across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The artwork on the walls was beautiful. "
