"SPA was very good and we enjoyed it on day of arrival between 15:00 - 17:00 but it was only available between 9:00 - 10:00 on day of departure, which is understandable, so we didn't bother. Orangery restaurant was excellent for evening meal and breakfast. The whole meal was delicious and worthy of any fine dining establishment. Worth the trip for this alone."

"Family room was lovely to stay in. Kids were happy with the separate bedroom. Easy and quick drive into Blackpool centre. Food in club restaurant was very good and breakfast was just as lovely, with helpful friendly staff. Will definitely stay again."

"We stayed for my friends wedding and the staff were AMAZING! They really couldn't do enough for us. The food was really good in the restaurant, breakfast and during the wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean, I would certainly recommend for a 1 night stay. The decor is a little tired and dated but the areas were very clean. If they updated the door locks to key cards, soundproofed the rooms a little and modernised the decor it would be a superb 5 star hotel. "

"We stayed in one of the suites. The hotel had very few guests staying there as it was in-between Christmas and New Year yet the guests seemed to have been out near to each other. A nice touch would have been to space people out there was no need to have the distruptions of water running conversations and doors shutting. There was a basic set up no frills. "We received a btight cheery welcome with some helpful advice on nearby eating options. The upgrade room was spacious and comfortable with great views. Unfortunately there was a problem with lack of heating, hiwever a portable heater supplied from reception solved the problem. Breakfast was excellent with some quality elements to choose from."
