Room a bit small, small double bed, limited space, sink top big to the proportion of the bathroom, limits the use. Light was not working in the room, only side lights, but that wasn't an issue. "

"I was in Cardiff for a training weekend so for me I wanted somewhere clean, near to Bute Park and most importantly safe as I was travelling alone. This is exactly what I got. The Room: The BEST shower in the world and nice shampoo aswell, a really comfortable bed for the night and as daft as it sounds- perfectly placed TV. "3pm check in and 12 noon check out are great 👍 However, room was very dark with barely any natural light. Had ordered twin beds but we got a double. Called front desk who said they were fully booked and couldn't offer anything other than single duvets. Not ideal as were friends sharing, not a couple. One sidetable was really dusty, cleaners must have missed this many times! Also had a room that could adjoin the one next door so not soundproof at all. No robes or slippers provided in the room...
