Just ok, I won't go back. One example - The walls are very thin. For example, I was woken up by a snoring guest in a different room. I brought it to the attention of the concierge / front desk (as well as the fact that I had been woken up by the snoring at 3am and it was so loud and persistent I couldn't get back to sleep) and they agreed that was brutal but offered no alternatives or help.

Excellent staff and exceptional quality and cleanliness of rooms. Only criticism is that we had two breakfasts at the Snug Restaurant on site. The waitstaff were very good but the kitchen service was vey poor. Both times we waited over a half hour before the food arrived and it was frustrating. Much improvement needed.

All the staff are friendly and acknowledge you. Whether it is the doorman, front desk, maintenance staff or the pub and restaurant (Faro's), housekeeping staff, all the staff are very courteous.
