"Hotel Breakers is a great place to stay when you want to be at Cedar Point Park for a full day. It is an easy walk over to the park and a perk is that hotel guest can have early entrance one hour before the park opens to the general public. Also, Hotel Breakers has an indoor swimming pool and two outdoor swimming pools. There is a huge sandy beach on Lake Erie. Very nice! The hotel is quiet and well staffed. The downside is that it is expensive."

"I liked this place because it was less than half the money than the last place was at Cedar Point. The staff was very nice. I was 20 minutes early and the staff was cleaning the room. When they were done, I walked in to find a clean room. It needs new carpet for sure. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was continental. So, not proteins, just carbs. I only got coffee and it was great. The lot is a little rough, but it didn't bother me. So, this place is not fancy at all. It was inexpensive though and right by the park."

"Obviously, this is not a 5 start hotel, but I do give it a 5 star rating for what it is - a cheap, family-run motel. The family that own/runs it is so nice and helpful. The beds are comfortable (and I'm a bed and pillow snob). The towels are nice and the rooms all have microwaves and refrigerators. It is a great place to book when you are spending a long, hot day at Cedar Point. It is only a few minutes away. You can check in early for an extra $15 or wait till 4pm. Come take a nap and head back to the park. Or take a quick swim in the motel pool to cool off from the Park. AC works great! "
"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We opted for the spacious 3 Full size bed room, which was ideal for our family of five. The hotel’s location right near Cedar Point Drive meant we were just a few minutes away from the park, making it convenient for our daily adventures. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant and then took a refreshing dip in the pool to unwind after a long day at the park. "
"Avalon Inn is perfect if all you're needing is a clean place to sleep. It's not the prettiest place. A little rough around the edges. But the bed is comfy and clean and the rooms are cheaper than anything else in the area. "
"Room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, no bugs, loved the continental breakfast, staff was very friendly, extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, and lotion was nice, and just down the street from Cedar Point. Will stay here again."
