"The metro is very close down or up the hill where some local stores are! The staff was amazing and allowed my family to check in early with no issues after a day in half travel from the US! They also upgraded my room just because! Beds were extremely comfortable and my 4year old loved the tv channels in Italian, English and the arcade games in the restaurant! "We had a wonderful stay at Sonder Testaccio. We took a cab from the airport but the bus and metro stops are nearby and we used those too. The hotel is very nice with 24 hour coffee and water and a lovely "continental" breakfast (for an extra 15 euros) which is really a full buffet. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and there was a medicine cabinet and drawers in the bathroom which was super helpful and convenient. There is someone at the desk 24 hours and they were all so nice...

"Location is great! Very walkable to lots of must see sights. The hotel staff from front desk to the server at breakfast were really friendly and helpful. I would say the rooms are a little small and the layout is kind of wacky but if you don’t plan to stay inside your room all day long then you are fine. There is a bar and multiple sitting area. "

"The property did not appeal to me. It is very aged, my room was extremely small, the property did not have an elevator, the reception area was extremely small and outdated, they did not have a central breakfast area (breakfast had to be delivered to the room), you need to order your breakfast by 8 PM the night before with no flexibility"

"All of the staff was amazing! So kind, helpful and nice. The room was perfect. The Dyson dryer was an excellent touch, along with all the extra little treats they give us complimentary as a guest. The coffee in the room was excellent. Out of the three different 5 star hotels we stayed at during our Euro trip, this was our favorite. "
