"First the good: The view is breathtaking! The place was spacious. Master bed was comfortable. Champagne and water waiting on arrival. Easy check in and check out. Free breakfast available (we did not eat though). Big, powerful portable fan. Now the bad: DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A VEHICLE (and a skinny enough vehicle to get down the narrow drive). The walk up to this villa is very very steep. Worst shower I’ve ever used. Small. Water pressure goes from ok to nonexistent at random. Water...

"This was an “antique” type facility. Very quaint and while it included some nice features, a washing machine (no dryer) the “master bedroom” is an “open loft” and the bathroom is on the first level. All of the beds are very hard and none of the tvs worked. "

"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."
