"The best asset this hotel has is their helpful, professional and friendly staff. Check in was really good and the reception staff took their time to provided all the information you need and more. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need for a stay. It is convenient for the public transport into the city centre. Parking is free and easy to register and also appears safe. A really good hotel at a value for money price in Denmarks capital. "

"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Great location and a 2-minute walk to the train station. From the train station, only a 1-minute walk to Tivoli gardens."

"Great hotel right in the heart of Copenhagen, just a stones throw from Tivoli, and a short little cab ride to Nyhavn and the Royal Theater (actually walkable if you want). Possibly THE BEST breakfast provided that I've ever seen anywhere. It is literally OFF THE HOOK! Can't even begin to describe the spread that takes up three rooms! Also a nice little reception desk that doubles as a bar and coffee center. Great place. And there is a grocery store right next door. No A/C proper, but rather "air cooling" they call it. Not the best, but that is normal for Europe."

"Everything about this stay was perfect. My only small criticism would be the lack of safe and fridge in the room. I had to go down to reception to get a bucket with some ice to put some drinks in. But other than that I highly recommend the hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the variety. The room was spacious, clean, very bright and relaxing. Perfect location as well."

"Located in a shopping street, area around it has lots of restaurants. Pick up point for various tours is just round the corner. All attractions are within walking distance. General entrance has only stairs to go up. So need to go through the adjoining restaurant to use the lift. This fact should be clearly mentioned by hotel management as there is No Staff available during check in. It’s self check in for which they share code for number lock."
