"We missed our first night stay because our train from Zurich had technical problems. Although I did not get a reply from the emails I sent them to let them know of the delay, I asked that a packed breakfast be prepared for us. We were welcomed with a bag full of freshly baked delicious croissants and other pastries complete with assorted spreads, as soon as we arrived at past 11:00 am the next morning. "The hotel was conveniently placed for going to the Louvre ( book before you go and queue) we had a nice clean room. The bath didn’t drain so easily our only issue. The room was tended to daily. It was noisy outside in the morning, nothing anyone could do about that but if it’s an issue for you beware. "

"Although it is an older hotel, could use some updates, it was perfect. It was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to Eiffel Tower and other areas. There is a convenient metro access point. We also used Ubers, but could have walked to areas that were about a 40 minute walk.
