"We found the location to be in easy walking distance of all major. Whilst quite grand in appearance from the photos the interior is actually a little dated and although there was a lift to our floor we still had a number of steep stairs to negotiate with large suitcases. It was difficult to locate anyone for the front desk even at the times stated as "staffed". Verona is delightful"

"This is a beautiful property with the best view of Verona. The property is stunning and the staff were outstanding and always helpful. Very nice breakfast and dinner with a great Argentinian restaurant within a 5 minute walk as well. Easy walk into the city and great area to park a vehicle. Loved every minute of our stay here!"

"This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Italy. The apartment is clean, beautifully simplistic and functional, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and communicating with the staff was easy and enjoyable. "Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. "This was a stellar place. It was a luxury villa on the hill above Verona. With its own private gate and parking, an easy to navigate key in a box entrance and a super deluxe experience awaiting.
