Poor for the price, smells horrible, the water on the head shower is like breeze, on the floor one piece of fake wood was falling out, anyway it’s was two disgusting nights that I have had.

It was more like motel than a hotel. The shower water pressure was terrible. The so called continental breakfast was terrible. And most of all the price to stay at the so called hotel was exorbitant.

The woman that run looks to be part owner of the establishment that is supposed to be at the front desk is never around and when you do find her she is at absolute no help and seems amused and happy that she doesn’t have the answers for you. Very bad customer service and the room looked like a truck stop bathroom. I tried to cancel my last night and was not able to as I wanted to find somewhere else to go as it was so nasty and unpleasant to be there. To be associated with “wyndham” is a joke because it was a sub bar motel to stay at. Do not recommend to anyone. Let alone how noisy it is. The airport I understand even the workers there did not seem to respect the people that were staying the night as they were loud and obnoxious 24/7. The bed was crunchy the AC system didn’t work, the tiki bar was down and nobody could give me a straight answer why. 1/10 on a rating scale. Was picked last minute due to an immediate death in the family and I couldn’t want to get home and shower at my house due to the filth

I will try to be as polite as possible with this review. The premises wasnt clean with pizza crusts and trash on the stairwells for 2 days, rusty refrigerator, dirty floors, used furniture in most hallways and more. I could barely sleep with the constant train and airplane noises along with the plastic wrapped uncomfortable creaking bed. The windows and door did not filter any noises at all and noises were echoing through the center pool area. The tiki bar never opened. The restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays which were not presented in the booking information. Its a solid 2 star hotel and you almost get what you pay for. Front desk staff was friendly though so there is a positive thing.

So the rooms need a major update. I would never stay here again for over $100. The didnt seem bad but there was a crackhead on the property and I saw someone passed out in the stairwell and it was a lil chilly. This was a last minute stop since we had car troubles but never again. Alsoi did not like that the beds are full size. I assumed it was double queen. The toilet needs some upkeep. It flushed so slow that i thought it was backed up. The fridge and microwave had alot of rust. Omg just renovate the entire property already!!
