Great location and restaurants. Two things that stopped me from giving a 5 star review was the pool was not open. It was under repairs. The second was I was woke up by a woman screaming during the night - walls aren’t sound proof.

The room was reasonably clean however could use a little updating. The bathroom sink did not drain properly however I did manage to get the water to go down after some poking around. The SandBar was a fun place to relax with a drink and friends. The entertainment was very good the night I went.

Our third visit to Capt Hirams. Excellent room and friendly staff. Nice to go over to the Sandbar for a meal, drink and live music, with excellent views out over the Indian River. No doubt we'll be back again sometime.

We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the beds were - we slept wonderfully and will definitely be back. All the staff were friendly from check-in to all the wait staff were wonderful and friendly as well.

The property is well located, well appointed and comfortable. Overall it was a very good stay. There was an issue with the first room I was assigned, and I requested a different room. I was assigned another (albeit smaller) room, however, at no time did the hotel staff offer any apology for the first room's issue.
