"Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. Anyways, I find this hotel be very cozy and I will be staying there again next year. Thank you again. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The owner is so kind and spoke excellent English. The teepee was clean, and accommodating. Showers and bathrooms in the main house. "We had a 2 days stay for 3 people and 1 infant . The apartment is huge nad can easily accomodate 6 adults . Having 2 bathrooms is really convenient . Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional .
