"Good points:- Location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Inexpensive in February. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Free on street parking. Pet friendly. Short drive to Garrucha and Mojacar. Points to improve on:- Sofa bed (used as a sofa) was like sitting on a thinly cover pallet, very uncomfortable. If you have a dog that likes to bother cats, this is the place for them. There are cats everywhere. The on site restaurant and shop not open until May. No toiletries in the room. Soundproofing...

"Relaxed atmosphere but looking a little tardy in places, staff are 1st class"

"Not really our type of hotel, too many people with children. Long queue to check-in, almost one hour. Bar service poor, queues to get served, table service non existent. selection of brandy very poor. On the plus side the staff were all very friendly. "

"Nice location and a great hotel. The problem was the water wouldn’t get hot and the A/C didn’t work despite alerting the front desk. The breakfast and service was top notch. We ended up leaving a day early. No refund for the last day. It worked for our needs, but the two most important factors were the water and air not working correctly. "

"It was nice, not as grand as the photographs suggest. We had a room with two double beds and one bedside table in between. Nice large patio but with a street/parking lot view. There is some construction nearby. The town seems to be new and developing. The hotel was clean and comfortable, nice bar, pool, hot tub, lounges and couches here and there. No room service. Large closets. We were visiting friends in Vera. "
