"We loved everything about the hotel. It was truly a 5 star, luxury hotel. We booked a Seaview room - the room and bathroom were modern and luxurious with a rain shower , bathrobes, fluffy towels and everything you would expect. When we walked in, the lobby was grand, check-in was a breeze, and service was excellent. There is even a hair salon and separately a spa which was wonderful. "A very unique property that does not fit any criteria neatly. Our room has a separate dining room and basic kitchen. Yes the property is old but it’s not tired. It is family run with great pride. And what a location right under the rocks of Meteora and within walking distance of three of the monasteries for those who are ready for the steps. You do need nerves of steel to drive up the narrow streets to get to the hotel!"
