"This is a wonderful grand old hotel that hadn't changed much from the 30's. If you want history...you've got it. With that, comes some downsides. The wooden parquet flooring along with lack of modern day insulation means you are at the mercy of your neighbours waking hours. The road is also very busy and noisy ruling the pool out for relaxing. "The staff was terrific and offered a great deal. The only incident was when the staff that did the laundry charged over 70euros more as they checked a box on my laundry sheet stating I wanted expedited service. And the laundry came back wet. They quickly resolved the issue by taking away the upcharge and taking our clothes back and drying them completely."

"In general, our stay was nice. The room was very clean, but very, very, very small. Finding the reception was complicated since we had to register at the Miramar (far from the suites) because there was no one at the reception at the San Remo luxury suites. The included breakfast was out of this world, and we really enjoyed it. I still recommend for a one night stop like we did. "
