Terrible customer service. I checked out on morning of 18 June and left my luggage with the hotel. Returned around 3pm to collect left luggage - had terrible stomache ache and walked to the toilet. The lady retrieved my luggage but told me the toilet is out of order. Told her I cannot wait and asked if there other toilet or perhaps a toilet in a room which I could use. She replied coldly that even if she had a tummy ache, she has no choice but to hold it in. The solution she could offer was to go the the toilet at the railway station. As my stomach couldn’t wait, I rushed off to the railway station ( 2-3 min walk). But there were no signage for toilets. After asking a few people working at the station, a security personnel finally directed me to the cafe - it is the ONLY place with toilets. I had to buy something in order to get a token to access the toilet - I almost soiled myself. What a harrowing experience the hotel made me go through. The moment one checks out of the hotel, even if you have left luggage - the hotel no longer considers you their customer and couldn’t care less about you. I wondered what customer training the Management puts their staff through. I had wanted to give a good review as my stay was a pleasant one but the last few hours totally ruined my experience with the hotel.
