Over all a good hotel with only one major problem, rooms (or at least the one i was given ) have very poor sound proofing. The guest beside my room was talking late in to the night on the phone with a normal tone of voice and I could hear every word, I finally had to improvise a pair of hear plugs and put my head under the pillow in order to sleep. Suggestion to possible customers : make sure you carry with you a set of ear plugs This apply not only for this facility but as a general rule

Convenient to VCE for early flight, this was my 2nd stay. Rooms are nice, front desk and shuttle driver were excellent, and their restaurant just a short shuttle ride, was excellent. I’ll stay there again next month.

I don’t know if it is good for the money but everything about this resort reeks of less than average. The towel heater in my bathroom did not work, there carpets smelled, the rug was old and cheap. Perhaps it’s good for the money but I will not be coming here again.

We loved the room, which is undoubtedly the most important part. With that being said.. upon arrival we walked into the Check-In area and the desk clerk was loudly arguing with another employee. The argument persisted for 10 minutes and we werent acknowledged until it was over. The check-in process was easy for us, but the hotel lacked professionalism.

The cleanliness was overall ok, except, there were bugs all over. The staff mentioned it was common of the region; however. They could’ve warned us. Also, adjacent room guests had their alarm go off at 3 am for about 10 min and played loud music till 5 am. Front desk staff (Mr. Osvaldo) was very unfriendly, rude, and has no sense of customer service. I would never even consider staying at this place nor would I recommend it to anyone. Just plain awful.

I was amazed at how nice this hotel was, was not expecting it to be so nice for the price we paid. From the staff to the rooms, and the breakfast. Extremely close to the airport. Everything was excellent.

Excellent breakfast - lots of choice. Clean room. 20 minutes walk to Airport where there is also a terminal for the Vaporetto which goes direct to St Mark's and Murano. Peaceful surroundings. Bus stop to Venice nearby. Not many shops or restaurants nearby if you haven't a car.
