"Self catering apartment was stocked with everything we needed, condiments, cleaning items; washing up liquid, cloths, sponges, tea towels and dishwasher tablets. The Metro was a two minute walk from the hotel, the shuttles were every 5 minutes allowing us to get to the city centre in 10 minutes."

"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."
