"Had a very nice stay in this comfortable, modern apartment with plenty of space, hot water and comfy bed. Convenient location near to Opera metro stop. A very good kitchen, although it could do with some new pans... two were unusable as all scratched..and maybe a small bottle of cooking oil so guests can cook without having to buy any. Overall would definitely recommend. "

"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. "The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10...

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."

"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "
