Please cancel any bookings you have here Pro: • Location • Big space and nice terrace Against: • Front door to building is broken and replaced with dodgy door and plywood frame which is constantly open. The broken front door has a constant alarm. • Lift is broken to ground floor. "The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. "Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."

"This property looks just like the pictures - modern and clean. It is located in the heart of the city - next to cafes, restaurants, stores and a short walk to the train. We used Vixx as a base while we traveled and explored Belgium. The city also had nice pubs and cafes that we really enjoyed!"

"Very nice, spacious and cozy studio. 20 mins walking to the city centre but less than 5 mins to the wonderful central station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice garage to park the car across the street (15 euros a day). Very friendly staff, the lady was really flexible (thank you so much :) The only con was the shower drain which seemed to be blocked but overall it was excellent cost-benefit. "
