"Trotz bestätigte Reservierung war das Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Ich sollte dann einen sehr hohen Betrag zahlen, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekomme, weil angeblich eben mit der Buchungsplattform über die ich gebucht habe, nicht mehr kooperiert wird. Die Buchungsplattform sagt genau das Gegenteil, dass die Hotels Bei Ihnen inserieren . Letztendlich musste ich leider aufgrund der Unfähigkeit des Hotels auf der Straße schlafen. Und das im Kriegsgebiet.! Herzlichen Dank an das Hotel und ich empfehle...

"Нормальний готель, але вже не новий. Є свій ресторан. Чудовий персонал. З мінусів - немає ліфта, на 4 поверх треба йти пішки з багажем. Також звукоізоляція на 4 поверсі ніяка, шум дощу і шум машин з вулиці не дає спати взагалі. Тож номери на 4 поверсі не раджу. Ціна на Hotels.com не відповідає дійсності, по факту в готелі взяли дорожче. "
