"Was apparently a Best Western prior to this (still listed as Best Western on apple maps). It felt like a Best Western kind of room. Laminate floors, there was actually no artwork in our room, dated bathroom, no air conditioning (which is maybe typical here?), not particularly nice but totally fine - felt like a mid-level hotel that had been painted and given a nice entrance. Black out blind was a pull down roller blind over a window, not typical hotel black out curtains - that kind of thing....

"A traditional Danish hotel, catering for the Danish market. Staff are superb - very friendly, cannot do too much to make you welcome, cope with late orders to the restaurant, always willing to help. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. "This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention.
