"This was a very disappointing stay. When we first got there the girl was not rude but not nice either. She seemed go hate her job and made no attempt to make eye contact or be personable. Then the breakfast area is very small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was good but the breakfast clerk again was the same as the front desk clerk the night before. We planned on swimming that day but it was closed. We asked and no one knew when it would be open. The lady during the day was much nicer but still no one seemed to care or have urgency about the pool. Which as a family of 7 traveling that was a big part of why we book a hotel with indoor pool. The keys kept not working we had to go down and have them fix them multiple times. When we returned in the evening the pool was finally open but someone was having a bday party and it was packed. We waited about 30 mins and we finally went to the pool. The chlorine was so bad that it was hard to breathe.. all in a we will not return. Although a plus is housekeeping was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed."
"Mold in the room coffee maker. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Coffee machine at breakfast wasn’t fully functional and the pancake maker wasn’t working. Tv in the room would randomly start producing noise without the screen turning on and not touching the remote "
"We paid for a king suite and when we arrived they told us that they had oversold the king rooms so we were given 2 queens. Disappointing. The bar closed down at 10 pm so our much anticipated glad of wine was not to be. She was actually still serving customers but she had already counted her drawer so that was a bit annoying. We had an issue with the AC so we traveled donators again and they had a guy at the front desk who was supposed to follow us up. After 30 minutes in a warm room we tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not working. After about 45 minutes he finally shows up at which time we told him that we had figured it out by using the wall mount controller and not the unit controller. Breakfast was typical but when we got down there they and a few potatoes and eggs, the entire line needed to be replenished but to my knowledge it was not. Very disappointing….."
