"We wanted a therme hotel where you can swim thru from inside to outside due to construction at hotel it was not possible. We only used it twice the entire week we stayed there. Would not recommend hotel while under construction."

"2 of party were disabled. We asked for ground floor rooms. This was confirmed by email that we had them. On arrival we were put on first floor no lift causing great pain to the 2 of us. Ruined our little break"
