"This wasn’t our first time staying there. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced for on the beach and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was beachfront, close to where we needed to travel daily and there were plenty of places in walking distance to grab food or drinks. "

"The property and staff was great. the toilet in room 849 was unstable. I think the tile is cracked around toilet. I did not tell staff that is why i rated 4 instead of 2."

"Give yourself these reminders before you go and you’ll have a great time. 1)This is a 20 year old beach resort that gets beat up with the summer tourists 2) There will be lots of kids there due to the great indoor water slides 3) You are paying a small fraction of what another indoor water park resort will charge you. Great weekend trip with our family. Perfect location to Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk, spacious room, friendly desk staff, great coffee shop, and well kept water park. Only advice is to make sure to bring your own towel/robe/warm something to throw over you when having to walk between water parks, which are located in two buildings."
