"Have stayed here five times and will no doubt stay again. Wonderful hotel, set on the edge of Ayia Napa, just a hop from a beautiful beach and stunning coastline, and a short drive from Cape Gkreko and the Protaras area. The staff are second to none, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Excellent buffet breakfast and themed dinners. However, vegetarian options are limited, but they are very happy to prepare something special to order. Love love love this hotel. "

"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely fantastic, the food was excellent for onsite buffet and restaurants and the hotel itself is in excellent condition. The only minor challenge was the pool was pretty cold but then again we were there in November. Other than that, a fantastic place to take a holiday. "

"The property is clean . 5min walk to the harbor. Godd breakfast. Helpful staff. We had a high floor sea view which was great. Regarding the booking we were booking the hotel the 4 stars one but once we are paying it shigtef to the nelia garden .so we had to stick this at that time because our arrival time was at night and the hotel nelia is closed apparently. "The hotel is in a pretty location, right on Nissi Beach. The beach was extremely busy, but with beautiful sand and crystal clear waters. The pool was basic but fine, but perhaps the coldest I have every experienced! The room was fine. Clean, modern. The bathroom was recently refurbished to a good quality.
