A comfortable stay and good nights sleep for when the barnbarn has tired us out! Staff, no matter what duty, are always friendly and so attentive. "Thank you for the great hospitality. We had a single room booked with no windows for 1 adult, 2 kids. The receptionist offered us a double room with windows instead which was very nice of them. Breakfast is good, with great variety. The location is really good, literally 5 mins walk from the train. The only thing was that it was not very clear that the hotel was inside the other hotel just on a separate floor, so I struggled to find it, specifically because it was 8.30pm and dark...

"Great find ! Best thing : free washer and dryer you could reserve for 3 hour intervals. Friendly helpful staff. Large room with good lighting & comfortable bed. Breakfast had both hot and cold selections. 3 min walk to commuter rail station with 3 stops to Stockholm center. Close to cafes, restaurants and grocery and pharmacy. "

"This was a brilliant hotel. We felt very well cared for, from the moment we arrived right until a few hours after check in, when we collected our bags before heading to the airport. The staff are truly exceptional and I've never felt quite so welcome in a hotel before. The breakfast offering is great and varies slightly day to day. Everything I tried was of a very high quality and seemed to have been well thought out. The offering of cream cake and non-alcoholic prosecco is so fun!"

"This was a wonderful stay for us! It was such a great experience to be able to stay in the historic Gamla Stan of Stockholm. The staff was not onsite when we checked in, but the instructions were very clear (in English) for us to check in on our own. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Being a building from 1607, I will point out that there are spiral stairs to the room. I personally think all of the modifications to make such a historic building work for modern hotel...

"Very convenient to metro. Friendly staff especially the one that welcomes you with a health shot when you arrive for breakfast. I didn’t get her name, positive and friendly brings a smile to your face. Good choice options for breakfast. Facilities clean however the reception area during checkin can be quite busy."

"We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again."
