"Property was very nice with easy access and also a lot for luggage. AC worked great and there was a good sized shower. Great location close to the main promenade with plenty of dining options and also close to the train station. Also parking was very convenient at the train station as we had a large 9 seater mini-van. "

"Lovely hotel in the traditional Italian Riviera style. Staff could not have been more helpful. Food and service were excellent. Only criticism was the lack of a shuttle service to the centre of town which, given the position of the hotel on top of a hill, the high cost of local taxis and the high temperatures, made it difficult for older customers or those with mobility difficulties."

"Make sure not to try and walk to the property with baggage from the train station. Call a taxi (there are 3 in the village) as it’s a long way uphill to walk to. Other than that, loved the property, view and really nice staff!"

5/5 Excellent
"All the hotel staff was so helpful providing directions & helping us book dinner/ferry reservations (and to my surprise, spoke English fluently)…and the breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot! Parking was a little tight, but expected. Best to catch the train in to Santa Margherita & rent a moped & use the ferry to Portofino (15 min each way)."

"What a fabulous hotel!
Location is perfect for travelling around Liguria, with the ferry boat only 2 minutes walk.
10/10 for cleanliness and maid service. The room was nicely furnished and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour.
Breakfasts had a good selection of deli, fresh fruits and yoghurts.
What made this hotel truly special was the staff. They could not do enough for us, and made our stay memorable!
Will definitely be returning!"
