"The room was spacious, we had 2 singles beds and 1 king bed. The bathroom was OK. The hotel is located next to a wedding hall which was so disturbing (music, firework, etc). "The location of the hotel on the ghats is excellent - though be aware that the atmosphere can be smoky at times as the cremation grounds are not far away. I got absolutely what I paid for. Staff were helpful at all times and food in the restaurant is both good and reasonably priced. Why four rather than five stars? No hot water for half of my stay - and decor is a tad tired and almost gloomy. This was evidently the fashion at some point - as my (considerably worse) Delhi hotel was similar. I...

"It was a wonderful 2 nights stay there. We had booked three rooms for 6 of us. Hotel is right at the ghat. But this is not for elderly people with walking difficulties. Ideal place to explore ghats. Food is excellent. Hotel staff ensures you have no problem with luggage. We visited during Kumbh and it was little tough. Hotel staff make it easy even though we had 10 suitcases in total ( 4 bigs and 6 small). But you also need to be cooperative. Little bad conditions of the washrooms. Water...

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "
