"The Azul Grand is absolutely stunning, every room has and ocean view, the hotel is very minimalistic but not negatively, every aspect is meant to draw your attention to the outside and surrounding! "Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all.
