"The front staffs were really friendly professional for young staff,very helpful and great smiles all the time. The only thing i would change is the shower part,it need a door or something to nlock water all over bathroom floor. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. Everytbing was great. "What a stunning place to stop... Beautiful beach front room with private patio are. Room was very large and loved the bathroom overlooking a small private planted courtyard. the view across the lake from the pool is amazing and a great place to relax. food was very good and the spa massage was also very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had the inclusive package which was amazing value for what we paid"

"Nice hotel with many great features Rooftop terrace with sweeping views Modern Building, rooms, and fixtures. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Balconies. Efficient AC. Pool. Scooter parking. Elevator. Attentive front desk, with access to many tours, and transports. The only issue i had during my stay was the laundry for hotel linens as well as guest clothing is consistently musty, perhaps a problem with a machine. "

"We really liked the location. It was across the river from everything, so quiet, yet convenient. The staff and owners were very kind. The pool is lovely, but since the weather was cool, we did not swim. Great breakfasts!!"

A good hotel in central VV

"The Central Hotel is located on the Main Street of Vang Vieng but there’s no noise heard in the rooms. The rooms are very spacious (I had room 302) and the bed is comfortable. The only draw backs were the AC wasn’t great and there doesn’t seem to be a daily (or weekly) room clean. Besides this it was a comfortable enough stay and the staff were very helpful. There is lots of activities and plenty of restaurants on the street and Gary’s Irish Bar is 100m away ! There is a nice breakfast selection (included in room rate) and they offer a laundry service. "

"Loved the pool on the 2nd floor lots of great sun exposure but they need lounge chairs to relax on while sunbathing or just relaxing. Only have tables with full bench seats, bo place to lay down. Also provide some umbrellas for those who want to sit outside under some shade. This is a really new hotel and I believe they will provide in the near future, a work in progress as a matter of fact they haven't finished installing the lights on the wall next to your bed. Also noticed they didn't remove the protective plastic on the bathroom door that prevents damage while shipping but should be pulled off after installation. Breakfast was great with several main egg selections and also included pancakes, nice touch was the fresh fruit plate provided with your meal basic selection of coffee, juice and I think hot water for tea? But notice any tea selections? Also provided stir fried rice along with toast for your starch. Might suggest providing some cereal choices for the kids or adults who enjoy cereal for breakfast. Overall it was very simple and tasty, might add some Hot sauce and black pepper as well, only option was ketchup. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, my first room the AC didn't work? They immediately came up to the room and tried and once they determined it was not working they immediately moved me to a new room and the AC worked fantastic. Like I said it is just recently opened and there will always be some kinks to work out."
