"Complete nightmare. The holiday home was filthy on arrival: a dirty garbage bin, balcony covered in bird droppings, foul-smelling back wall, and unwashed dishes. "Lovely property with very friendly staff. Our only issue was that we arrived on a Friday afternoon and we did not know to pre book for dinner. The restaurant and cafe were both fully booked so he had to get room service or return to town. So book dinner in advance. A message from property suggesting we pre book would have been helpful. "

"Another pleasant stay, this was first time with a young baby. Everybody was really welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much for them when we needed extra help. Our only issue: the rooms could do with blackout blinds. However, hotel still deserves 5 star rating as everything else was great. "
