"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. Our credit card number was manually recorded including cv #, this is not standard...

"The hotel is located in a great, but not really quiet area. It was very convenient - walkable distance to a great deal of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The host and hotel staff are very nice and friendly, always available to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is very cozy, always clean. Really enjoyed staying here and we will definitely come back."

"The apartment is very centrally located in the historic district and very close to the beach as well. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nice shopping stores & grocery stores. Walking distance to main historic sites. Saturday night was an extremely busy night so it got noisy at night but the rest of the nights were quiet. Very nice place. "

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"Cheerful easy check in. Unfortunately not kettle or cups in the rooms which is a bit of a let down for a 4* hotel. WiFi doesn’t appear to reach the balcony. Ideal place to stop near Alicante airport if you are arriving late or departing early plenty of eateries very close by. Airport is approximately ten minutes away and a garage is near the hotel to refuel hire car on way to airport. "

"Stayed in a two bed apartment that was very clean, very spacious and furnished well. Breakfast was included and was a decent buffet. Only downside there was no kettle in the kitchen so couldn't make tea or coffee."

A great stay

"The location of the Hotel is excellent with great transport links to the airport. It is within easy walking distance to the sea, and has a wide variety of shops nearby. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel. "
