"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"What a great location…right on the Main Street through the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a gorgeous shower room. Breakfast was a varied buffet and the breakfast room was bright and airy. "
