"The apartment looked nice and well maintained but we found that general housekeeping was sorely lacking. Things like missing bulbs in bedside lamps, toilet flushing mechanism not working, dusty cupboards, lack of towels, to name a few. The apartment was also advertised as having 3 queen size beds, when in fact it only had double beds. No bath robes or slippers as advertised.
