"We had a wonderful stay for three nights over New Years. All of the stay were very helpful and bilingual. The location of the hotel we excellent, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. All of our meals were great, the room very clean and the WiFi worked throughout. We had a great stay."

"Very friendly staff, made us feel at home. We stayed in one of the new house rooms, comfortable and with a nice terrace. They have 2 pools and plentynof public space in any of the 2 main houses, where you have tea/coffee/juices/water available to you and even kitchen and fridge available to guests. Breakfast with plenty of choices offered from early to 11pm and they can cook eggs for you. Quiet street around 20 kins walk to town. Only suggestion would be to put to work the second (new) jacuzzi...

"It is nice and tidy. Very well located in the heart of the town, at a walking distance from the restaurants, bars and shops. The bed was very comfortable. The place is quiete, not much activity within the hotel althought there is two nice commun areas."

"Brandon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels over decades of travelling and the Pascual Andino was one of the best purely from a customer service point of view. Many thanks Brandon & the team! "

"Website should be proactive and notify weekly about weather conditions. It is important to advise what clothing to pack for different explorations. When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes. At the same date bike exploration at the hotel altitude requires light clothes as it is extremely hot."

"The hotel was nice. Unfortunately we got a dark room without much of natural light. The property owner offered to move us to a room with a window but we did not want to move for the remaining of our stay … just two more nights. Our room could use a little bit of upkeep. Place is built of adobe and some parts are peeling a bit. The room was comfortable and spacey and staff were nice and accommodating. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown to shops and dining. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the lodge Quelana. Our room was lovely. The best part was the staff. Natalia was super amazing as were the breakfast staff. Natalia spoke great English and was so helpful with everything. Great vibe in this place. It's a quiet hidden away spot. Highly recommend."

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We ran into issues with our rental car the day we picked it up in Calama. Juliette was so amazing and spoke to the rental and towing folks for us; later there were two other gentleman from the front desk who also had conversations with the rental/ tow folks for us. He also helped me get a taxi to the airport the day we were leaving. The property is pretty basic, but clean and the food is also basic, but the customer service from Juliette and team was exceptional!!"
