"I like the hotel is secluded and not on the main road so it was very quiet. It’s also a quick drive to the King of Prussia mall and other shopping/dining. I didn’t like I found bugs in my room on my bed and maids never came during a weeks stay to remove trash, supply towels or toilet paper. They did say you had to request a maid if you wanted service BUT trash and restocking necessities should be a given. I hope I can attach a photo of the bug I found. Thought the couch was also pretty dirty...

"The entire hotel staff was very helpful and kindly, since arrival until luggage storing after checkout. During my stay I had a problem with the room air conditioning and they promptly moved me to another one where it worked perfectly. I will certainly stay again when I return to Philadelphia."
