"My god this place was beautiful - and so were the people there! The hotel itself was amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about it: the location was fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. However on our last night there (staying 5 nights) I fell and dislocated me knee quite badly. I was not able to move or get up. As I have had this happen a few times before, I knew that I needed an ambulance as I required pain medication or laughing gas to allow me to relax enough for the knee to go back into place. My fiancé went downstairs to the front desk to get help -and the staff were incredible. Not only did they arrange for help to come right away, both the lady on duty at the desk and the manager both came upstairs to our suite to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible while help arrived. They were just amazing. I can't recommend this place highly enough. It is not a huge hotel - which is wonderful. Whenever you come or go from the lobby, the staff give you a smile and say hello and they remember who you are! I love this place. And my thanks so much to the staff for going above and beyond to help me when I was injured!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gomerino, the staff from the front desk to the waiting staff were attentive, patient and very friendly as well as polite. The hotel was located in the heart of Valetta with all the attractions and view points less than 10 minute walk. Travel was splendid as boats to other cities were 10 minutes away and cabs less than a 1 minute wait. I would definitely recommend the Gomerino to anyone staying in Valetta. Special thank you to the hotel staff again!"

"We spent a lovely week in Damus Zamittello Hotel in Valletta, Malta. We were met with very pleasant greetings every morning from the staff in the breakfast room, who may I add were very helpful and knowledgeable about any trips we were about to take. Breakfast had very good options to choose from. All the staff, from the managers right through to the housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to stay in and hope to return again soon."

"Excellent service starting at check-in and continuing through out. Excellent views of the harbor from 5th and 6th floor rooms and I would assume from the pool area on the 4th floor. Good location for easy access to food and historical sites in Valletta."
