It was an unheated tub of water, and while there were jets, there was no way to make it warm. This was my most expensive accommodation in Malta, and I choose it for the hot tub, so to discover...

"It's on a busy restaurant street. If you are facing that road be ready for noise (either from diners / happy go lucky folks in the evening / night time as well as cleaners / garbage collectors in the morning hours. The windows don't really noise insulate well. Staff are generally friendly. Good location in old town. More of a 3* hotel than 4* but I think this star inflation is common in Malta. "
