Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. "Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "

A very special place to stay x

"One of my new favourite stays in the south of France in a fantastic location a few minutes walk from the beach and easy reach to Cannes. A magical little find and a very special small intimate hotel. Virginnie and Laurent could not have been more accommodating and care more to make my stay perfect. Incredible breakfasts, beaitiful surroundings and the bed was incredible. The pool area and outside terrace make for a very relaxing morning coffee or glass of wine. A real home from home with all the luxuries and intimate service of a high end hotel. Just perfect! Will be back x"

They are simple rooms but an excellent value for the area so close to Cannes and Antibes. The town of Golfe Juan is a beautiful, quiet fishing village with excellent restaurants on the beach, a good grocery store, an organic grocery, a fruit shop, cheese shop and many cafes and bars right near the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast costs extra and is simple (croissant, bread or cake with coffee and juice) but it is a great value and a nice way to start the day in the hotel cafe or on their alfresco tables right in the town center. We have returned to this hotel many times due to the great value and the ambiance. It is not fancy but it is clean, quiet and comfortable. The mattress is excellent as well."

"Lovely boutique hotel with beautiful decor. The pool area is an oasis of calm with comfortable loungers and lots of shade. The rooms are cleaned every day and the beds are very comfortable. Our room had a very large balcony with loungers and a table and chairs with a pool view. Great for hanging out in the evening with a bottle of wine! The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the train station, 15 min walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket. There are not many good restaurants in the resort but lots in the neighbouring towns and along the beach. If travelling by taxi please use Uber or Bolt - I was overcharged twice when using taxis by a considerable amount both times (our uber was €20 euro to Cannes and the taxi was €40 return. A taxi charged €50 for a three minute journey) as a female travelling with two children I felt too vulnerable to challenge the drivers. A taxi from the airport cost €85 and an uber cost €51. Uber is quick and easy to use with no fear of being over charged. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
