Staff had been helpful however I think it would be helpful if they send extra staff at the reception counter when there are a big crowd checking in which was dragged for quite long. It terms of the location, it is a bit far from downtown Paris, which can take 30+ minutes to go by train and buses. There is a bit of walk from one of the train stations"
