Don’t expect good communication or empathy from the property. Trains were cancelled to go to Valencia because of the floods and they refused to respond to my calls/emails/messages regarding refunds. Had to get an expedia agent to call the property and they said they would offer to rebook but when I try to reach out there was no response. Horrible experience.. would not recommend
